The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...). "Nice pool(s) and very easy access to a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beds (the beach does have some harmless jelly fish to be aware of). It's a nice hotel, but not a 5 star. The room was nice, and the hotel location is ok, but unfortunately the hotel internet didn't work the majority of the time....which was very frustrating. Also a few room issues, maintenance is very slow to respond and calling the front desk often had no answer on the other end."

"Great hotel in a good location within Sousse being near the beach and also the Medina. The staff were nice, the location was quiet just off a main street and the air con worked pretty well. The only issue was the small bathroom, whereby the shower intruded on the space of the sink and toilet."

"Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...

"Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

"Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were wonderful and kind, and the beach was beautiful. We loved our holiday so much that we decided to buy new return tickets and extended our original 11-night stay by another 4 nights. That says it all!"
