"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"Lovely quiet location and great views. Rooms were quite dated and the daily cleaning was usually good but not always. No one explained how to get pool towels changed ( it’s at the shop by reception ).
It was very hot during our visit and the rooms air con didn’t seem to get cool enough. We had two rooms and one had much better air con than the other.
There was a large breakfast buffet but no variety over the 11 days we stayed.
Few non guests trying to use pool with kids but hotel staff were quick to approach them."
"What a Gorgeous property! Food was mostly decent, drinks were very sugary and watered down. Japanese restaurant was amazing. Italian was our least favorite."
"Generally very nice hotel, some areas I think need to be modernised, the safe in the room did not work even though I mentioned it to Reception twice. Sun beds were generally always available, which was a good thing and the slides in the waterpark were excellent for children. Food was excellent in each restaurant we went to."
"Food was lacking and very very expensive for crete the collection side of the hotel is a must book if you want a modern room and the gym was excellent"
"Great buffet style breakfast. The pool is awesome but the pool food is meh. You can order drinks and food. It’s definitely a family friendly property as they were kids running around everywhere mostly in the pools so I probably wouldn’t choose this place for a solo or a couple trip. We had a great time"
"Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged.
The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers.
I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar!
Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!"
