Really good location with a baby, palace grounds adjacent. Zoo was class

I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Clean and close to station trams and buses. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice and modern hotel. It’s clean throughout and well kept and has some good facilities on site.

Great stay and super staff.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I could have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a member of the team, informed about the breakfast timings, a brief overview of the area with local transport etc. During my stay I also turned 24 and at breakfast the following morning I was given a very thoughtful birthday note and a pot of homemade marmalade made by the hotel, which was completely unexpected and made me slightly teary. Good location close to metro, checking in very quick and easy, quiet location. Would have preferred fridge or mini bar in room.

Very nice room, good aircon and good wifi. Staff were very friendly

Very clean, friendly and accomodating hotel. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely look at staying here again!

Well equipped and clean facility, the room was also beautifully decorated, the couch and desk on the side was perfect for other guests to visit and do some work. Lovely Rio theme and good vibes across the whole hotel!

Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our stay. Lucas and the other staff were very friendly and even changed our rooms on request without any issues. Room was spacious, and had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen to cook meals if wanted. We decided to try the breakfast out on the last day and it was delicious, I’m from Rio but live in London and it was great to eat some food from home! Would definitely stay there again! We also had some caipirinha on the rooftop for the sunset and it...

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Its a very nicely run hotel. We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

The hotel overall was very nice. Even though not in the centre, very easy to reach by direct transport links. Would recommend this hotel.

Great, reasonably priced (for Vienna) hotel. We arrived at 10pm so the McDonalds just round the corner was a godsend. Nearby tram stop takes you to the centre of Vienna in 10 minutes (11 stops) for €2.60. Room was great. Had a balcony which was very good for smokers. Would definitely visit again.

Great spot - good attentive and helpful staff. Only downside was a slightly limited evening meal menu.
