Perfekt beliggenhed

Venligt personale og et dejligt hotel til prisen. Dog er morgenmaden ikke god. Blot lidt frisk brød kunne gøre underværker og evt. Et kogt æg. Brødet var på det nærmeste uspiseligt. Ellers var alt som vi kunne forvente., og med undtagelse af morgenmaden en super god oplevelse.

We took a family vacation with a stop in Siena. The hotel is just one block from city walls so in a convenient location. Fair price for the accommodations. Has a garage so convenient if you have a rental car.

Jättemysigt litet pittoreskt hotell. Trevlig personal, fina rum och bra läge nära centrum. Ligger nära trafikerad väg men det förstörde inte denna semester idyll. Blir absolut detta hotel igen. Vi stortrivdes alla.

Helt greit hotell

Vi fikk tre overnattinger for en billig penge, men hotellet var utdatert. Den ene resepsjonisten kunne ikke engelsk. Og frokosten var ofte tom for de tingene man hadde lyst på. Det ble rengjort hver dag, men noen av håndkledene var slitte og noen hadde flekker.

Molto vicino al centro e possibilità di parcheggio

Albergo semplice ma pulito, camere non troppo pretenziose di modeste dimensioni, la comodità e la caratteristica dell'albergo sono la posizione 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Siena e la possibilità a pagamento di un parcheggio coperto per la macchina 10Euro.

A great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. They offer a great continental breakfast, do a lovely fresh cappuccino and have a lovely helpful small team of people! We would certainly happily return!

close to center

The hotel is close to the center (walking distance) but at a very busy street corner and therefore very very noisy. room was clean and big enough for the four of us but there is practically no storage space and also no safe (even though it said to have one on the hotel description). when asking about the safe the answer was: no, we don't have that but are very safe. this I wouldn't confirm though, the hotel entrance door is open all day and the floor on which our room was was easily accessible to everyone. as the reception desk is not really staffed all day (the move around in the lower floor of the hotel) I wouldn't say that this is safe to leave your belongings in the rooms, especially because the door was quite thin and flimsy... the garage was a distaster, anyone wanting to park a car larger than a Fiat 500 will have serious trouble, we were lucky not to scratch our car, it's just too small and narrow. the young lady at reception desk in the evenings was very nice and her English was good, unfortunately I cannot say this about the rest of the staff, I constantly had the feeling I was bothering them and their English was poor.

Muy bueno

Muy linda la instancia, el hotel bien, muy bien la habitación, igual el desayuno y muy cordial la señorita que nos atendió. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, lo único deberían de ver el aire acondicionado porque no funciono y fue una noche muy calurosa la que pase junto a mi familia, un detalle fácilmente solucionarle, sin duda volvería a Siena y al ALEX Hotel.

OMG. Not what we expected based on description.

What is advertised on the Expedia description is innaccurate. No washer/dryers in rooms, etc. Rooms back to a loud, busy street. Parking is a death trap under the building on a blind corner with a 12 - 15% curving downward grade with no way of turning around once your in. There are many better hotel choices in Sienna.

Excellent - book this hotel

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids (9 & 10). The people were lovely, the room was great, the facilities were excellent. The views were amazing too. And with just a short 5 minute walk to the start of the town, the location and price could not have been better. If you're going to Siena, book this hotel!

Nice friendly hotel in good location

Seems like a family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to centre of Siena just outside wall with about 10 mins walk to central area. Typical cold buffet breakfast - acceptable. Recommended highly due to location, friendliness, cleanliness and value for money.

Reasonably well situated but difficult to find. Staff rude and not pleasent. Poor breakfast. Clean but simple installations. Horrible garage (with room for only about 5 cars under reservation only).

Ekstremt harde senger og puter. Veldig fuktig rom og hotellet ligger mitt i ett kryss så det blir mye bråk om man åpner vinduet. Vi sov lite på dette hotellet.
