"The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "

"We had a lovely visit to Palazzo di Valli. The location is just gorgeous - about a 1.5 km walk to the Campo inside the walls of Siena. "As long term visitors to this hotel we were pleased to find that the new owners have done a great job with the renovations. More importantly, many of the familiar staff were still there which was very important to us. Rooms, bar, and dining area looking great.
