"Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish)."

"A localização é ótima!!Ao lado da estação de trem e bem ao lado de uma das entradas do centro. Mas o quarto é MUITO FRIO!!Tem um aquecedor e você não consegue controlá-lo, ele desliga todas as noites, no momento mais necessário, e em vários outro momentos do dia. A cozinha é boa, o banheiro é bom também, mas fiquei 2 noites e não vi ele sendo limpo nenhuma vez. Logo pela manhã começa barulho de obra e aspirador de pó e pessoas falando e o check out é muito cedo, as 10am, como em vários lugares...

"Die Unterkunft ist mitten in Siena gelegen, was einerseits wunderbar ist und man schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Jedoch ist ein Vorfahren mit dem Auto oder Fahrzeug eine Herausforderung bis unmöglich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad ok (könnte man noch was draus machen). Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einer tollen Liste von Restaurants versorgt. Das Frühstück in der Bar gegenüber war fantastisch und soweit alles da was man braucht."

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel has been beautifully restored and has many modern features while keeping its historic charm. The outside landscaping is spectacular, and we really enjoyed walking around the property or having a drink outside. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and every need was taken care of. They were so nice and friendly. Also, the breakfasts were great! For anyone driving, this location is easy to drive to and there is lots of parking. This...
