This was a nice property at one time. The online pictures are not up to date. Our room had cigarette burns on the bedspread, a clump of hair on bathroom vanity and dirt on the lampshades. We were not comfortable here.

Not the best place to stay for the money!

Beds very uncomfortable was hard getting extra coffee no light over room door was very dark. Office was stinky and very messy.

Bisbee visit

It is very old. Heater clicked loudly when it was running. It could use new bedding and towels but it was clean. We sayed 2 nights and they never came with towels or coffee. It is spacious, with a room with fridge, microwave, sink, table and 2 chairs. Just know reeds some updating.

STRESSED ON VACATION

The front desk charged someone else's room on my card and I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to go back in my account! The stress this caused was not what I wanted to experience while on vacation. I will NEVER stay here again. Hotels.com was no help either since they did not charge my card. Their response to deal with the hotel is unlike hotels.com.

Hotel lobby was basically a combination: storage facility, closet and personal living room for the manager. This was the first impression. Although I had made my reservation through Expedia, none of my paperwork was processed before I arrived. It does not seem that time was a factor, as it appeared that there were only approximately 5 other guests staying at the hotel. The room itself was tired and old. Carpet outdated/worn, Furniture broken (laminate peeling off the particle board night stand), tube TV, and lack of electrical outlets by the bed, failing to keep up with the need for charging mobile devices. The fenced in center area of the parking lot that apparently used to be a pool is now a storage facility for the hotel manager's personal belongings and an apparent guard dog as I found out when I went to take a glance at the 'pool' late at night. I realize I did not book the J.W. Marriott, but this certainly wasn't a $91+/night room. Maybe $40 or $50. I've learned my lesson. Paid $123 for Holiday Inn the following night in Willcox and the $32 difference is overwhelming.

The room was old but comfy. Clean and very roomy. The hot water was extremely hot. That was my only concern. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

A $30 room that costs $85. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat and lid were broken off and leaning against the wall. A facility long past its prime.

I knew that this property would be close to 2 stars from the reviews but some things alarmed me. Clerk had my name and entire credit card information hand written down on a sheet which made me extremely uneasy. When I shared this with him he assured me it would be thrown away but I'm still uncomfortable with that fact Expedia gave him all of my information and that he had written it down on a sheet of paper. I had called ahead about the pet fee and upon arriving the clerk was very worried about my dogs leaving the room dirty. But when we went into the room there were black hairs (we are both blondes) in the shower and the hand soap in the bathroom had been used before (was not wrapped in plastic).

Upon check in, noticed instead of a pool, there was a deteriorating, fenced picnic area where you'd expect a pool, with a really mean german shepard, tied inside. Entering the room, it was stifling hot, clerk turned on ac, & stated it would cool quickly. It got even hotter. When I shut the bathroom door, it was suffocating because ac was a wall unit, so i tried to open the window, managed to get open, saw screen on ground outside, asked clerk to put on. He ignored request. So I wemt & retrieved myself, spent 2 hours trying to get it back on. Then stood by bed & realized the heater has been on the whole time. Located thermostat. It read 90 degrees! Went to get ice, told ice machine broke, opened a freezer & told me to dig in bag & fill my bucket. If he let put my hand in the ice, he let EVERYONE. Thats just gross. Less than Bisbee, but very close

I stayed here last year and it's only 5 minutes from Bisbee, but a lot cheaper and the same quality you will find in Bisbee. I would stay again, but don't expect any flat panel tv's or fancy furniture. The two rooms I had were like an apartment with large kitchen.

I CHECKED IN AROUND 2PM WENT ON A TOUR OF BIGSBEE AND EAT RETURN ABOUT 7PM THERE WAS NOT ONE CAR IN THE PARKING LOT SO MY WIFE DID NOT FEEL SAFE SO WE DROVE 3 1/2 HOURS HOME NOT STAYING AND LOSING MY MONEY FOR THE NIGHT. WHEN I BOOKED THE TRIP YOU SAID ONLY 4 ROOMS WERE LEFT WHAT A JOKE .

Avoid at all cost

Office is hoarder's hell hole. Pool is filled in and used as a pen for barking dog. Check in takes forever. Booking online confuses them. Room is bleak and scary. Carpet stained. TV remote broken. Shower has no pressure. Bathroom window covered in plywood. Bed hard as a rock. Awful place that should be shut down.

Everything else was sold out

We stayed at the hotel due to it's location to the Bisbee1000. The complex is pretty run down. The rooms seemed clean. Bed was really hard & the pillows very thin. It did have a microwave & fridge, both were clean. It served it's purpose, which was 1 night.

Disappointed in Bisbee.

This place was in need of renovation. The entrance had big holes in the drive. The tile in the shower had black spots that made it look dirty, so we did not use it, and the sink had no plug. The kitchen sink drain was rusty. However, the beds had good firm mattresses. The management was friendly.

Management changed recently. It is rundown.

Office and lobby are a mess. Room not vacuumed, ran out of toilet paper, bathroom not thoroughly cleaned, no maid service during our stay. We used to patronize this hotel routinely during trips to Bisbee, and then it closed. We heard from friends that it had recently re-opened, so we booked a room. The condition under new management was very disappointing.

Stay somewhere else

I was displeased with my experience at this hotel. The lobby was a complete mess all over the place. The manager was unprofessional and gave me a hard time for using a third party service to book. He had trouble finding my reservation. The room was slightly less than clean, but not the worst I have had. The shower head was all crazy spraying in every direction making it hard to wash. The pool was cemented in. There was a wall missing completely at a room in the facility. I recommend spending a little more money and staying at a hotel in Old Bisbee area instead. I sure will next time.
