"Very well maintained historic property in great location. The lady at reception was very nice. Only problem was we needed to take a bus to Sibiu and she told us I reservation was necessary. Turns out it was actually a van and was sold out. After some negotiation the driver let os on but we had to stand the whole way in a very full van. Other than that the stay was excellent."

"This is an extraordinary hotel. Located within the citadel, you feel like you’re a part of history. We are upstairs with a gorgeous view of the clock tower. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only slight attraction was the incredibly firm bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a delight with lots of choices and delicious options. Fully recommend this property!"
