"Very IMPORTANT, you CANT park inside the old city. If you are driving you can only enter to unload luggage then you have to park outside the old town. The walk is 10 to 15 min only. The hotel is in the middle of everything. The views are just breathtaking. Ask for room 34, is the best one."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast delicious - all the cakes baked in house. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great. We can not say enough good things about it and would highly highly recommend."

The hotel is definitely in need of some updating and modernization, but if you are looking for a great location and beautiful surroundings, this place is great!"

"The location cannot be better, 3 minutes from St. Francis basilica. The hotel is very clean, we stayed 3 nights and had service every day. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to Wilma, who became instantly our friend 🙂 she speaks English fluently and gave us some good hints and help us with arranging taxi to Perugia."
