Ottimo!

Ho pernottato con il mio compagno x l'ultimo dell'anno. Ambiente silenzioso e pulito. Il bagno è veramente spazioso. Sia in camera che in bagno c'è il radiatore, utile x mettere ad asciugare gli asciugamani fino a quando non viene fatta la pulizia della camera alla mattina dopo :-)

Excellent experience

wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Especially the night manager David. Very quiet accomodations within easy walking distance from the train station to florence. Great reasonably priced restaurant within about 150 meters. Would definitely stay here again

Ottime potenzialità che con poche accortezze renderebbe la struttura più completa e accogliente ma non vengono sfruttate. Poco colore e poche attenzioni nell'arredo rendono l'accoglienza fredda. La colazione normale. Pulizia pessima: residuo di bevanda sul comodino, schizzi giallo sotto la tavoletta, segni di ciabatte nelle doccia e tanta polvere, capelli e briciole di cornetto a terra. Cambiata camera: capelli in terra un po' ovunque e un dito di polvere sopra la luce della specchiera che essendo bassa rimane ben visibile. Mi viene il dubbio che la persona che pulisce non veda bene.

La struttura non è proprio nuova, camera con arredo vecchiotto, ma è pulitissima e la stessa cosa vale per il bagno. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo!!

Hotels.com communiceert onvoldoende met de hotels.

Bij de afrekening was de receptie onwetend over onze online betaling . Er werd extra eeen citytax van 2 euro per persoon en per nacht aangerekend. We betaalden cash daarvoor 4 euro. De kamerprijs was volgens hen 41 euro. Online hadden we al 45.61 euro's betaald. Dat zou inclusief ontbijt zijn maar dat kregen we niet.

Dobry hotel

Bardzo czysty pokój, przyjemna pościel. Miła pomocną obsługa. Śniadanie nie za bogate ale dobre. Trochę skomplikowany wyjazd na parking. Ogólnie polecam hotel.

Servizio scarso, qualità non sufficiente

L'area in cui si trova è periferica e silenziosa ed è facile trovare parcheggio davanti alla struttura. L'edificio è datato e la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori a causa del personale scarsamente preparato (all'apparenza una gestione familiare, di vecchia data), che non sempre utilizza la dovuta discrezione con i clienti. Colazione non sufficiente (caffè bruciato, pane tutt'altro che fresco). Ad ogni modo pulito ma nel complesso rapporto qualità/prezzo piuttosto scarso

Nice, clean, excellent

This was a great and cheap hotel to stay. It is near the local train station to Florence and there is free parking place in the station. 2 euros and we could get to center of Florence with train. On afternoon car was still OK and we could continue our jorney. For a tourist coming from Finland Hotel Delfina gave as all good things with small amount of euros in April 2019...

Convenient and quiet

Very quiet hotel. Convenient to access Florence by train. About a 15 minute brisk walk to the station. Good takeout pizza 7 minute walk up the road then to the right.

Extremamente longe do centro. Quando cheguei, não havia ninguém na portaria, tampouco estendiam a campainha. Já tinha reservado outro hotel e estava em processo de cancelamento deste quando a mulher apareceu.
