The staff was great was communication and very helpful. Off-street secure parking was good. Close transport links into Florence was great. The rooms were good and clean. A great place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay to get around Tuscany, loved the grounds and cabin

Very conveniently located & I doubt wether you could stay in a more beautiful hotel in Florence for the price. The room we stayed in was big, the buffet breakfast was impressive and the staff were nothing short of exceptional when it came to customer service. Recommend this hotel to anyone.

A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend.

The hotel has lovely views over the River Arno and is within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are large and well furnished, including large screen TV and WiFi. Beds are very comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. I shall be back!

We had a fabulous stay here. Impruneta is a lovely quiet hilltop town where we were able to easily explore the delights of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena). We stayed in the family cottage with a private pool which was just perfect and all the staff were first class. Lovely breakfast too!!

I stayed with my family (husband and 2 children) for 4 nights in July to do some sightseeing. Florence is beautiful and our apartment enhanced our experience. The location is great - on the quieter side of the Arno river, about a 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, with nice places to eat, and supermarkets nearby. The area feels safe. The accommodation is gorgeous and clean. Sensitively developed, spacious and stylish. Really good and necessary air conditioning in the apartment. Well...

Very stylish, comfortable and amazingly quiet for the area. A bit pricey, mais bon ... discreet luxury comes at a cost.

The apartment is great as is the pool, and marco who looks after it is very nice. There is absolutely nothing in the area, you need to get the 37 bus to Florence if you want to eat or drink anything. The co-op is closed from 8pm and all day Sunday, the only restaurant closed down recently so at 7:30pm on a Saturday we found ourselves with nowhere whatsoever to eat. We had bread that we bought earlier at the shop, and on Sunday we ate in Florence before getting the bus back - be careful, half of...

Our stay was perfect, perfect location, lovely apartment with everything we needed. It was spotless and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend and definitely be back. Thank you

Great stay, wonderful and helpful staff. Thank you!

Great place to base ourselves to explore Florence.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Fattoria il Milione. The location strikes a perfect balance – offering a peaceful rural retreat while remaining conveniently accessible to Florence. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The spacious rustic apartment exceeded our expectations, offering a charming and comfortable ambiance. This was a refreshing departure from the typical city hotels we encountered during our Italy road trip. For...

Great base to explore Florence- view from our room was lovely.

This was a great base for a few days in Florence. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the old centre along the river, it was nice to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything, and the walk there and back was always a pleasure. We walked everywhere but the bus stop from and to the station is in front so super convenient when needed. There is a supermarket less than 10 mins away on the other side of the river. The kitchen is basic but had what we needed for breakfast...

Very clean, nice breakfast, it's very central so can be noisy

Perfect location and very accessible to all the tourist spots

We stayed for three nights in mid-December for my wife's birthday. We have grown-up kids who shared a room. We had a double and a twin room next to each other, both nicely presented. The real positives about this hotel are its excellent location (all the main sights and galleries within walking distance), the roof-top terrace with views around the city and excellent perspetive on the Duomo and the enjoyable buffet breakfast: very nice selection of fruit, croissants, ham & cheese, yoghurt and...
