"Very friendly staff. Breakfast ran out of some food items before closing. Room generally in good condition, but the floor needed sweeping and mopping. And they should have hired a valet or two to help customers with luggage with the elevator being out of order. I watched an obviously exhausted, older traveler become very discouraged when the desk staff told her that she would need to carry all her luggage up to the third floor using the stairs."

"The suite had lots of room and was well stocked for your needs. "

"It felt very unsafe. Someone was banging on my door and I asked the front desk for help and they were of no help at all. They even said they were "checking the cameras" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. "

"No hot water for shower. Breakfast buffet had roaches. Looked more like a shelter than a motel. Only highlight was no roaches or bugs in room."

"We had black mold all in the bathroom and the wall where you could see it and I had to take my baby to the hospital the next day because that is dangerous and not good for babies I will never stay here again I never had to deal with this and you can smell the mold "

"The best thing I can say about the place was that it's cheap, especially for a place that allows pets. Unfortunately there was a lot that wasn't so great, even when you do consider the cost. - The TV was just a huge pain in the ass to use. - The internet was slow and inconsistent and just completely went out for like 12 hours. -The key cards continuously stopped working and we kept having to go back to the front desk to get them working again. - While we were gone on one of the first days a housekeeper entered the room to clean because apparently you need to request for people to NOT go through your stuff when you're not there. - The water pressure and the temperature was constantly fluxuating. Trying to have a shower was often annoying because the water would often shift from too cold or too hot regardless of how hot we actually set it. - The minifridge was a nightmare. It would randomly make this really loud and obnoxious buzzing sound that drowned everything out. We had to go through some really annoying workarounds to make it shut up. The staff seemed pretty nice, but the room itself was far from ideal."
