Nach einen Tag ging die Eingangstür kaputt. Leider wurde das Problem in drei Tagen nicht behoben. Da nur jede Nacht, in der Zeit wo wir dort waren, ca. 6 Gäste übernachteten, war die Bar jeden Abend geschlossen. So mussten wir anderweitig hingehen. Ich habe für die Maßnahme volles verständnis. Aber dann stimmen die Sterne nicht oder der Übernachtungspreis müsste, aus meiner Sicht, ein anderer sein.

Hotelli oli siisti ja kalustus moderni. Sijainti ok, jos on auto. Hotellissa oli jotenkin aavemainen tunnelma - yleisissä tiloissa melko pimeää, emmekä juuri kohdanneet muita asiakkaita. Aamiainen oli jokseenkin karu ja tuotteiden säilytys lämpimässä arvelutti. Huoneen vuoteet ja tyynyt olivat todella epämukavia. Olimme häämatkalla ja kerroimme tämän hotellille varauksen yhteydessä. Eivät muistaneet meitä mitenkään...vaikka eipä tuo toki ole pakollista. Tämä on kuitenkin helppo paikka hotellille tehdä vaikutus!

Fantastic 2 days stay in Sigulda

Lovely hotel with good facilities and spacious room. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Staff were nice and very helpful. Would stay at this hotel again only if driving as a 20 minutes walk from Sigulda train station. Leisure facilities were fantastic with pool, jacuzzi, saunas and relaxing loungwith big screen tv. Throughly enjoyed our one night stay.

Bad Experience All Around

Location is not ideal, but manageable. Rooms were large, but very uncomfortable and outdated. A/C didn't work and the beds we're uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, but not great. Worst of all, another guest briefly walked into our room in the middle of night. We believe the front desk gave them access unintentionally. When we asked in the morning they of course denied it even though our keys were not working. There's a reason this was the only property was the only one left with rooms.

hübsches Hotel, aber dunkle Zimmer

Frühstück war spartanisch. Sauna und Spa waren nur Vormittags bis 11 Uhr um sonst danach 15€p.p. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Kaum Beleuchtung im Zimmer. TV stand sehr weit weg und war zu dem noch klein. (aber das ist halb so wichtig)

Bad, bad, wifi from my room. The signal was good but the wifi kept disconnecting and only gave a few seconds connection at a time. I had this same problem the last time I stayed here and even though I have pointed this out it seems no corrections has been made. It seems the wifi works well in the restaurant so this should be an easily adressable issue.. imho. The food in the restaurant is very good and cheap. I had a risotto and dessert and 1 local beer for 18,50€. The food was very good. I do not think I will stay here the next time I come. It is time to try another hotel. They say 4 stars but this is 3 stars max.

Hyvä kokemus. Ainut miinuspuoli, että henkilökunta lukitsi hotellin ulko-oven yöksi, jolloin tupakoitsijat eivät päässeet tupakoimaan ollenkaan koko yönä tai hotellista ei päässyt poistumaan yöllä, vaikka olisi ollut tarve. Ohjekirjassa luki, että henkilökunnalle voi soittaa 24/7, kuitenkin kun soitimme ei kukaan vastannut. Palvelu kuitenkin kohdallaan, kun seuraavana päivänä annoimme palautetta asiasta he pahoittelivat ja seuraavan yön hlökunta päivysti respassa ja piti ovet avoinna.
