"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "Hotel is beautiful, beautifully kept, with super comfortable beds, but my biggest praise must go to the staff. I had a very late arrival (1am) from a business meeting in London, I got lost in the lanes and there was emergency road works, I called the hotel tired, cranky and lost, Richard was so kind, patient, calm, what an absolutely outstanding example of looking after your customers, when I arrived he extended that excellence, by upgrading me so I could stay in the main house and personally...
