Staff was great! Property was very well maintained! Rooms could have been cleaner, rooms need updates. I had rolled up carpet and pieces of tile under my bed. They need to put brooms in the rooms so you can sweep up the floors, since they don't clean while you are there. The views were very ...

Perfect location downtown Wilmington right on the sound with a boardwalk that takes you to several restaurants overlooking the sound. An walkable to other restaurants and shops.

Sea Colony by Carolina Retreats
It was an end unit, so it had beautiful views. Also had an elevator and a luggage cart, no walking stairs with all your things!!. Pool was great too! The unit was updated and very nicer decorated. I plan on staying here again!!

The Hive
A beautiful little, almost an, apartment! Comfy bed, bathroom amenities and lots of coffee pods :) An easy walk to many bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. I really enjoyed my stay!
