"Once we walked into our hotel room, we immediately noticed that the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed properly. When we opened the closet, there was dirt all over the bottom of it as well. We had to ask the staff to come clean the closet, and the bed sheets also had several stains on them. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and did not enjoy our stay whatsoever. We will never come back to this property again."
