"clean, quiet, close to shopping mall, easy checking in/out"

"Room cleaniness wasn’t the best.. found old socks left over, sheets were dirty. Microwave had someone’s Tupperware left in it. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was awesome!! Staff at check in was also awesome! Pool is small but it was good enough for my kids. There was hair all over the floor at the pool, nobody cleaned there daily. Stayed multiple nights and that same hair was all over the floor. Awesome, spacious rooms, too bad it’s so dirty. Won’t be staying again."

"I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor "

"Great choice for a short stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 7 and its endless variety of great Chinese restaurants and dim sum. The hotel interior is clean, and the free outdoor parking is very convenient. My only minor issue was the sofa bed springs, which were a bit noisy when turning over at night. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the food scene!"

"Place is outdated, room is small, with old TV and tiny bathroom. Dining room- restaurant staff should have little better acknowledge about menu items.Staff is not very helpful at all. Breakfast is very basic. Need improvement for sure. Over all place is okay for stay. I have to say bed was very comfortable."
