The lift will sooner or later crash in that hotel. It has been the same for five years. It sounds very dangerous. Most people take the stairs to avoid using it get it fixed. Our go-to hotel in Sugar Land. We travel there monthly and stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Perfectly clean, updated room. The hotel lobby and common areas are also clean. Friendly staff. Excellent choice for travelers.

Room 106 was great. Check in clerk was amazing. However awoken at 6am since room 106 shares a wall with the breakfast kitchen. Staff was up at 6am playing music, being loud when they know a room connected to that. Just tell to keep voices down and music off. Thanks!
