"Snyggt inrett och nära till fina stränder. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst men endast portugisiska talades. Ofräsch pool utan cirkulation. Vattnet var riktigt smutsigt när vi kom. Det höll de med om och tömde ut hela poolen och fyllde upp igen. Vilket innebar att vi inte kunde bada på en halv dag då det tog lång tid. Några gubbar stod och meckade med sina lantbruksmaskiner precis utanför sovrumsfönstret och såg även in till poolen som endast hade ett lågt staket så det blev inte så...

"The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. A complete unwiligness to help and take accountability or compensate the guests for problems of their own making... "

"É a minha segunda vez no Monte do Giestal, mas tal como na primeira, uma estadia prolongada de 5 dias. Tudo é bom aqui, desde as amplas e equipadas casas, super confortáveis, ao espaço exterior, sossego, comida entregue a porta de casa pelas sempre atenciosas funcionárias que não deixam que falte nada.
