エクスペディアを通しての連絡に返事がなかった。メールで部屋について連絡をしたと言うが、メールは届いていなくて、部屋に入るのに苦労した。トイレットペーパーさえなかつた。

Strange experience- no one at reception for check in but mail had been sent with details. 3 rooms on one floor- not sure if they were all dorms but only one bathroom for us to share which was a little annoying! Additional toilets downstairs but a bit out of the way. Some sheets were not changed on beds as other people checked out which I did not like. No one at reception for check out so we just had to leave. Overall strange set up but location was ok and cheap for Singapore

こんな宿はあるのか、と思うくらい最悪でした。 まずチェックインの対応が悪い。22時まで可能と書いてはあるものの、21時に到着すると既にフロントは閉まっており、ホテル内にも入れず「こちら(電話番号)に電話を」と書いてありました。運良く中に人がいたので開けてもらい、中の電話を使いましたが、ネット・電話が使えない状態の旅行者はホームレスになってしまいます。電話をすると2.3分で来ると言われたものの、最終的に10分以上待たされました。 さらに、予約していたにもかかわらず、部屋を用意できないと言われ、返金もしないと。また、トイレ・シャワーは不潔以外の何でもなく、シャワーは水しか出ません。セキュリティも甘く、部屋でさえも、コードが分かれば誰でも入れてしまいます。 朝食なんてありませんし、なにもかもとりあえず汚いです。

arrived with no room and refuse give refund

Booked Double room through hotels.com for me and two kids for 3 nights, one kid is under 4 yrs, After booking, send a email to the hotel to confirm the room and arrival time, been told everything is ok. On the arrival day evening, nobody at reception, called the owner, been told no double room left for us due to their system error, no apology and no explain, only ask me and two kids to stay in a 6 bed dorm room, and badly only left two upper bed for us. After i even found out another 2 person sleep on the mattress on the floor in that tiny room. Totally unacceptable and horrible, the people in the room end up sleep from 3am and by 6am got up again,me and my kids was badly disturbed and only slept 3 hours . The next day morning, after complain to the receptionist and request 1 st night money refund, the owner never showed up and refuse to give refund for their poor service. I had paid full price for private double room through hotels.com , but the hotels give me 2 bed in a dorm and refuse to refund the difference. totally rip off. Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to arrive and end up with no room like me.

Nice hotel near at all

Very nice and accommodating staff specially the staff who is cleaning up everything i forgot his name a tall man really satisfied when i was staying

Cheap, and okay for one night

The text suggested the rooms were for four persons, but there was only a room for 8 persons. That was a bit disappointing. The bed was fine. I came in late and the mail to check-in was good. I left early in the morning. For one night it was fine.

一般般的青年旅館，但是便宜

優點就是便宜、新加坡的住宿大多很貴，可以花一點錢住到旅館算是不錯了。不過我們訂的房間沒對外窗，有時候冷氣會滴水，隔音沒有很好，是有點可惜。

ตกเครื่องตอนเที่ยงคืน จองโรงแรมผ่านแอฟ Hotels.com ตอนประมาณ ตี1 ไปถึงตี1กว่าๆ ซึ่งเป็นเวลาที่ดึกมากแล้ว โทรไปหาพนักงาน เค้าใจดีมาก รีบมาเปิดห้องพักให้ซึ่งตัวเค้าไม่ได้พักอยู่ที่โรงแรม ต้องขี่จักรยานมา มาถึงก็บริการพวกเราอย่างดี ตอนเชคเอ้า ยังช่วยบอกทางไปสนามบินด้วย น่ารักมากๆค่ะ ห้องพักก็กว้าง เตียงนุ่น นอนสบาย

Excellent Hotel Staff & good location

It was a memorable stay ...huda, Shasha & mustafa were very friendly Hospitality was awesome.. Recommended for family travellers. Clean rooms & toilets. Have all d facilities of a hostel better than a 4-5 star hotel as u get to interact with fellow travellers. Just like a home in singapore.

We recommended to stay!

Nice location, value for money and friendly staff. The bed is so comfortable to sleep well. The bed space quite big, the toilet is near to the dorm. The place a bit far from the subway station, need walk 15-20 minutes.

We didn't stay in this hostel & the staff transfer us to a different hostel as they blame hotel.com by not informing us that they were fully book. As a customer I was puzzled how this thing can happen & hope hotel.com can explain & we were very disappointed

設備は一般的なゲストハウスと同じでした。ポットも冷蔵庫も電子レンジも貸してもらえます。ただし、エアコンは一日中つけてると怒られます(笑) ロッカーが壊れていたので鍵を閉めても意味がありませんでした。そのため評価を4にさせてもらいました。チェックインも予定より早く着きましたが、すぐ入れてくれました。もう少し英語が話せたらオーナーともっと話せたなぁ〜 thank you for comfortable stay

가격 대비 시설 및 편의 시설이 없었습니다. (휴게실 1층 물 및 모든 시설 사먹는 시스템) (오픈 2층 침대이며, 매우 좁아 않아있으면, 머리가 숙여집니다.) 직원이 상주하지 않고, 게이트 키만 주고! 사워실만 알려주고 끝 (새벽에 1~2층 사이 문이 잠겨서 1시간 비상연락 연락하니, 아침까지 기다리라 하고! 컴플레임하니 1시간 후에 와서 열어줌!) 전체적으로 힘들었고 추천하지 않습니다.

We booked the 4-bed family room for our family trip. Room is not big, but is clean. Common toilet is just next to our room. Satisfied with our stay.
