Naveen cleaned my room and had to work around me whilst I had to work. He was not phased by my presence and just carried on with cleaning and tidying up. A good worker too. Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is still a great stopover place. While dated it has been well maintained and remains a very good option for an affordable hotel in the orchard Road area. Walkable for all major malls in the area, near many great food and entertainment options. It remains my go to in that area.

For a busy period with the f1 in town there is an extreme lack of front office staff and people at the door. Check out day on a Monday morning after f1 only had one staff doing checkout.

Pleasant stay

Hotel stay was good. Family enjoy the stay. Love how the room has few good mirror with good lighting. Room service food is good too. Easy to check in and check out. Hotel breakfast selection can be improve. Bonus is the hotel breakfast cafe staff and manager are very well mannered and express welcoming attitude.

The breakfast buffet has plenty of selections, and I specially like the wide array of pastries and dim sum. But I wonder why they never serve rice at all. I was assuming all Asian buffet would have rice on their buffet tables but there’s none.

A fabulous hotel

Excellent very comfortable friendly hotel in prime location on Orchard Road . A major bonus was being able to check in and be given a room at 8am ( usually a fee but I was lucky and received this complimentary ) and to purchase late check out at 6pm Wonderful bonus when you arrive early in Singapore and depart just prior to midnight

Great stay for an expat

The stay was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. This hotel was much better than any hotel I have been to in the United States, simply because the people in Singapore are much better, not like us stuck-up, entitled Americans. I would surely stay here again!

Location is good. For Singapore hotel, room size was decent. The bed was firm and comfortable. The cleaning staff did great job. Quite old and run down. The bathroom and wardrobes need replacing. High time for a renovation
