I cannot comment about the property conditions because I was unable to stay there. I can give high praise to the staff for their professionalism. At the last minute, my husband and I were unable to come to Singapore. I called the Sofitel to explain our situation and even though we were within the cancellation period, the hotel allowed us to cancel our reservation without penalty. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Singapore.

Exceptional stay – Beautiful property, perfect location, and outstanding service from Airi! We booked Sofitel Singapore City Centre last minute after checking into a different hotel and realizing it wasn’t quite right for our anniversary trip. What a blessing in disguise—this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our entire journey, which also included KL and Langkawi. The property itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and luxuriously comfortable. We especially appreciated the lush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Everything feels polished and peaceful, a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable—right above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls nearby, and it’s just a short walk or quick ride to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and the CBD. But what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from Airi at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. From warm greetings to thoughtful personal touches, Airi made us feel truly cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression—we honestly can’t thank her enough. We only stayed two nights, but we wish it had been longer.
