Everything was just perfect . Room was beautiful. Very clean and tidy . Staff were always so friendly and ready to accommodate with everything. Special shout out to the Concierge Vince and also Noah who were always so helpful and friendly.

Shangri-La Singapore
Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit ...
