"Really nice hotel in Berat, but it’s a bit soulless - there are no facilities just nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was in the sister hotel across the road. Food was adequate and there was a barista making fresh coffee as ordered. Was a bit of a stroll ..."

"Lovely lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when our transport for an excursion didn’t turn up. She helped us contact them and sorted it out. Very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a lovely view of the pool."
