"Nice and clean"

"Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the city (just a 7-minute drive from the Queen Emma Bridge), without the noise or crowds, and right on the beach; it’s not the prettiest beach, but it’s definitely a plus! The hotel is nice, clean, and in very good condition, since it’s new; however, the staff consists mostly of students, so they do their jobs, but they aren’t particularly friendly or thorough. "Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!"

"Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in."
