"avevo prenotato una suite disponibile last minute anche perchè risultava esserci il parcheggio gratuito incluso. A prenotazione confermata e pagata nella e-mail di conferma leggo che la reception è aperta solo su appuntamento da concordare un giorno prima dell'arrivo, che la struttura è in zona ZTL e che il parcheggio solo pubblico a pagamento se lo si trova. Chiamato il numero del titolare che ci dice che la suite non è disponibile e che a livello di favore può darci solo una economy con bagno...

"In der Beschreibung hies es, dass es in diesem Hotel ein Whirlpool gibt, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war! Dann hat der freundliche Herr uns überredet, ein zweites Zimmer zu nehmen, da nur eines für zwei Männer zu klein sei, was überhaupt nicht stimmte! Und zu guter Letzt, wollte er für den Parkplatz noch € 10, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, inkl. Parkplatz! Nie wieder!"

"Struttura non recente ma con manutenzione ottima, camere ultrapulite, compreso biancheria del letto materassi, cuscini ecc. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a dare un consiglio ed attivarsi se si ha bisogno. Terrazza e panorama stupendo, ambiente rilassante e silenzioso. Cucina buona, personale gentile. A colazione a buffet servono anche caffetteria calda, ciò che si vuole dal caffè espresso al latte senza lattosio, basta chiedere al personale. Ottimo, consigliato."

"A great place to stay!! A quiet building, a super-comfortable bed, a nice kitchenette, lots of natural light, tasteful decor, a convenient location right in the centre and close to the beach, accommodating and easy-to-communicate-with staff. And it's pet-friendly too! Highly recommend!"

"Overall, our stay was pleasant. We were very close to the Shrine of St Padre Pio. My only gripe - or at least you should be aware of - is that the AC wasn’t working. It was due to the fact that they don’t really turn on AC until peak summers. The room’s climate was okay as long as you leave the windows open. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Also, don’t expect to get the typical hotel towels. They provide towels but are pretty thin. They do have a blow dryer in case you need...

"La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Iglesia San Giovanni Rotondo, parada de buses, restaurantes. Desayuno buffet delicioso y recomiendo el restaurante del hotel. Personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo el hotel Vittoria. "

"Wow, this hotel was amazing! Staff were very helpful and nice. The location is wonderful with breathtaking views of Mattinata bay. The room was clean and spacious! The rooms were a good size and bathroom was beautiful and modern. The restaurant at this place is beyond amazing. The food plate presentation was phenomenal and was very delicious! And service was excellent. Their pool was also very nice and clean. It was overlooking the bay so it was so nice and peaceful. Definitely recommend this...
