"Stayed at this hotel through the Turkish Airways free-night stay program. Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. The spa and pool were beautiful although we did not have time to visit. However, the rooms lacked the amenities ordinarily found in a 4* hotel (and this hotel labels itself as 5*.) In addition, the location requires a metro and lots of walking to get to tourist sites in Istanbul."

"Stayed at Lampa Design Hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is clean, cozy, modern, and in a good location. However, the room was a bit small, and the shower space was extremely tight. There was no toothpaste provided, no English or Arabic TV channels, and the breakfast was very basic. Overall, good for location and hospitality, but the comfort and amenities could be improved."
