"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly...

"We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Mariazinha Charming Hotel in Portimão. Mohamed and the staff made us feel so welcome—truly gracious and lovely. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and far beyond what we expected: fresh-squeezed orange juice, great coffee, charcuterie, yogurt with honey, eggs, and even gluten-free bread specially prepared for me once they learned about my intolerance. Everything i.e. Beach, nearby Restaurant are excellent and enjoyed daily inc boat rise to the caves and seen Dolphins. I'm marking this hotel for our next visit if we are making plan to visit Algarve again."

"The Jupiter Marina hotel – including rooms, communal areas, breakfast, bar, food, sunbeds and swimming pool – are all fabulous – we were delighted with our stay. Unusually for a hotel the absolute stand out amongst all of this fabulousness was the entire Jupiter Marina Hotel team – from reception, restaurant and bar staff, through to housekeeping – everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and work really, really hard to ensure everyone is kept happy."

"Our room was great we had a balcony overlooking carvoeiro beach & the breakfast basket we paid for on a couple of days was fantastic fresh orange juice, coffee, scrambled egg, bacon & tomatoes with fresh rolls & a couple of pastel da nata all delicious. The staff were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants & even booked a reservation for us. Can’t recommend enough we’ll definitely be back 😎"

"Das Personal war super nett, insbesondere zu unserer Tochter; insgesamt ein sehr schönes, sauberes Ressort! Ideal für Reisen mit Kinder. Auch der Pool und Spa ist toll. Nicht gefallen haben uns Kleinigkeiten, das Essen im Restaurant ist recht teuer; der Pool war etwas kühl und in unserem Apartment war die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet."

"Dit is een fijn hotel met grote moderne schone kamers, fijne douche/ badkamer en balkon. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, veel fruit, veel beleg, div. broodjes en zowel warme gerechten als yogurts en muesli / noten etc. echt top! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand bij het strand, met mooie rotspartijen, ietsje doorlopen dan kom je op de drukkere boulevard die helemaal naar Playa de Rochas loopt ( groot breed, veel drukker zandstrand) Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nemen de tijd voor...

"Wonderful stay. My family stayed 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Short drive to beautiful beaches, short walk to town, but very quiet surrounding the hotel. Plentiful parking at the hotel. Washing machine in the apartment was VERY convenient as we were on a longer trip (you'll need to supply your own detergent - bring laundry strips, or there's a supermarket short drive away). "
