"Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. The hotel is in a quiet area and is less than a 10 minute walk into Kavos so great to be away from the noise. My son praised the night manager who was very friendy...

"We thought it was one hotel but we were staying in a block just up the little road. It wasn’t a problem just a bit of a surprise. We had a lovely arrival even though it was late at night. We had booked a double but the room we were shown (& shown) was a twin but we were told it had the better view than the double that was available but was told the next day they would make into a double. We were offered a complimentary breakfast for the following morning which was tasty and authentic. We were also offered a new rooms to one with a better garden view which we chose to have. The room was cleaned every day. We had water in the fridge each day and little biscuits which was a lovely touch. The bathroom could have benefitted with a shelf for toiletry bags on under the sink but the shower was always powerful and hot! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having pre dinner drinks looking over the garden. The staff were super lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered any questions very quickly. Nothing was too much. The only small issue we did have was the bins being emptied very early in the morning as they were located the other side of the garden wall opposite our room."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sivota Diamond Spa Resort! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and an incredible pool. Although we didn’t stay in one of the villas, they looked exceptional. Our room was fantastic—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to town, although the walk back is uphill. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort. We would love to stay here again!"

"We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. The highlight of this property is the breathtaking view. From the two balconies, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea from two different directions, making every morning and evening truly unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering some of the most beautiful places in northwestern Greece. During our stay, we visited Parga, took a boat trip to the stunning islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, explored the crystal-clear waters of the Acheron River, and visited the peaceful Holy Monastery of Saint Nilos. It was the perfect base for experiencing the best of the Epirus region. A special thank you to Theodhoris, who was an exceptional host. He was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Greece. We are already looking forward to coming back again!"
