Overall it was a great experience. The service was exceptional. The facilities were great and we never hard a hard time finding a seat by the pool or the beach. The reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is that the resort allows smoking in too many places. You can be sitting there enjoying your time in your pool or beach lounger, when the person sitting a few chairs down lights up a cigarette and the smoke just wafts over for the whole time. There should be non-smoking areas so that non-smoking guests do not have to breathe that in while trying to enjoy the beach.

We had the most amazing stay at Siyam World Maldives and honestly can’t fault it. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything was seamless and well organised. A huge highlight for us was having our own hotel representative. We were assigned Toga who was absolutely amazing. His communication was excellent throughout our stay, and he handled everything for us effortlessly. He checked in with us regularly, and sorted anything we wanted or were interested in without us ever having to worry. He truly made our holiday stress-free. The island itself has loads to do with some paid water activities, which was perfect. We were especially impressed with the endless food choices, no matter the time of day – there was always something available and plenty of options for everyone. The evening entertainment was really enjoyable, the beaches were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. This was a truly special holiday and one we’ll always remember. We will definitely be visiting again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone considering the Maldives.

Our stay at Siyam World Maldives was nothing short of magical, and we owe a huge part of that to the amazing staff who made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, but what really stood out was the incredible service we received from our island ambassador Vanessa and the wonderful team at the Together Bar—especially Divya and Rico. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was smooth, relaxing, and filled with joy. Whether it was organizing activities, making sure our preferences were always taken into account, or just checking in with a warm smile, she made us feel genuinely cared for. Divya and Rico at the Together Bar were equally amazing. Their energy, attentiveness, and positive vibes made every visit a highlight of our day. Thank you for your excellent service and time. They took care of all the transportation arrangements from Male Airport to the island to Male Airport, and the transfer went smoothly. I stayed for about 5 days, and there were so many restaurants, leisure activities, and events that I didn't get bored even after staying for 5 days, and I couldn't see them all. It was very fulfilling. There is also a shuttle bus on the island, which makes it easy to get to where you want to go. The shuttle bus came every few minutes, so I hardly had to wait. Basically English. Although we are Japanese and did not speak English very well, the agent who could speak Japanese kindly welcomed us. Also, until I left the island, they were always answering my questions on LINE (a communication app) and providing excellent support. (The response was also very quick.) At every restaurant, people came to greet us and talk about their impressions of the food and things about the island, and we were always in a welcoming mood until the end. All the staff greeted me with a smile and I didn't have a bad impression of any of them. It was the best vacation ever. thank you very much.

The place is absolutely amazing, a true paradise built from the sand! Many thanks to Vijay for taking care of us throughout the journey, ensuring the beddings were clean and the fridge was full. Big thanks also to the doctor for his kind support, as we sun-burnt our legs just before arriving to the island. This was a true 5 star experience, the only improvement feedback I'd like to point out is that the cold drinks should be colder, but you can always ask for more ice.
