I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to others’ use.

Nice sunny room facing the sea but very little windows to open at night when the temperature was high. Resorted to using the fan so a slightly uncomfortable nights sleep. Would benefit from a small air conditioning unit.
