Would go again

Check in was a pain. Ski Run is not a hotel, rather it is a condo without a central check in desk. You must go to an off site (but nearby) location to check in. The condo was very large, clean and comfortable; however, it was somewhat dated and well used. while far from perfect, it was a good deal, given the price/location.

good location , bad smell, poor service

We just returned from a long weekend ski trip to Keystone; and stayed at ski run. We arrived at the check in office around 11 am and asked for an early check-in , we even offered to pay extra. We were finally allowed to check in at sometime after 3pm. When we finally got to our condo we were impressed by the layout,location and size of the unit. It was an easy walk to the lifts(not close to ski in-ski out though). The unit was clean and well appointed. Both bathrooms were very smelly(sewer smell) and both tubs drained slowly. The toilet in the master bath ran continuosly. The kitchen faucet was loose and nearly impossible to control water temp. We had 1 bar of bath soap supplied for 2 baths ; and when we asked for fresh linens, we were told to wash them ourselves (since we only stayed three nights). Our family loves Keystone resort, and this property would be great if better maintained.
