"We stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. I asked about it right away and they told me the mechanic would come by to fix it. He never did. I inquired again the next day and they said he would come by the evening. He didn’t. I asked every day for the entire 4 days of our stay and we’re ensured he was coming to fix it and he never did. "This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful pool and garden. Everyone was so helpful and the shuttle to and from town was so helpful. When we left Dimitris packed us a to go snack because we were going to miss breakfast. There are a lot or return guests. The rooms are spacious and clean and have ac and the patio has a fancy door, screen combo thing that lets in cool air but keeps the bugs out. "
