"The rooms were nice and clean but the halls in the morning had a few dead bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor. We came back down the halls a couple of hours later and they were still there which was gross. We’ve stayed here before and liked it but the roaches this time gave me the creeps. "The breakfast was nice, the rooms were large enough and the pool was lovely. The downside is that there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Other than that, we were happy with the resort."

"Great location. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping centres and beach. Hotel Pool was the highlight. Can get busy when events are on in town. Rooms are on the smaller side however comfortable enough if you're intentions are to explore Broadbeach and surrounding areas. "

"Price vs location was great, tram directly across road, surfers paradise and the like was only 2 or 3 stops away, pool area great, stayed in a corner room was big and came with pullout bed which was ideal. Overall would definitely recommend "

"Wasn’t happy there was dirty underwear and socks under the bed from previous people! Yuck No tea or coffee sugar or biscuits and no shampoo conditioner etc which is complementry is all motels"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! "

"Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel."

"We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again."
