"My room was an updated room but once again there was things missing and won’t properly cleaned. My shower had someone’s hair in it. My hair is curly and it was long straight hair in the shower. Barely had any towels but I always travel with my own. The staff was friendly. There’s some things that need to be fixed and they need better housekeeping."

"Stay away!!! After traveling all day we just want a place to rest our heads. No even 5 minutes after check in we were already checking out. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting & the toilet wouldn’t flush. The towels stained, the bed linens and pillow cases were old and also stained. We requested a refund and were told we had to contact Expedia & they would agree to issue a refund. After contacting Expedia, they contacted the hotel owners, who denied the refund.
