"Property was clean, staff friendly. Hotel 6 min drive to airport so it’s super convenient. Not much around as far as restaurants. 20 min drive to Bascarsija and restaurants. My parents asked for a taxi to pick them up to take them to airport next morning. Receptionist confirmed it was scheuduled for pickup at 4 am. Taxi never came for them. If it wasn’t for my husband dropping us off at airport and coming back to get them they would have been stranded without transport. Not sure what happened. ...

"Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus Rose liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends."

"Lovely clean property throughout, rooms comfortable, we had a twin room and plenty of room and storage, bathroom with good shower. no bar or restaurant at property (but plenty of places to eat close by), Breakfast nothing special although nothing wrong either. "Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

"Oda hiç temiz degildi. Bize satilan odayla alakasi yoktu. Odanin cami bile disariyi gormuyordu. Kahvalti dahil aldim fakat otele gittigimde kahvalti haric aldigimi soylediler. Calisanlar cok kabaydi bir kisi haric. Odada terlik havlu ve sampuan yoktu, temizleyin dememize ramen kimse ilgilenmedi. Gidicekseniz iki kere düşünün."

"Vi bodde i ett rum med egen stor (20kvm+)terrass med fantastiskt utsikt över staden(Trebevic linbana, Bistrik, Miljacka, Sebilj, Bascarsija). Hotellet finns i hjärtat av Gamla stan där allt ligger nära, på gångavstånd. Rent och fint, modernt. Stora badrum, sköna sängar, fantastiska vyer, fin frukost, vänlig och professionell personal. "Very convenient location in old town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Only complaint was parking. Very hard to get in and out of parking space although staff did help me navigate. City does not seem to give tickets to people who park illegally and block you in your parking space."
