"Staff was an exceptional! My sister accidentally left her phone charger in the room. She called a day later and it was found and it was mailed to her. That’s over above Customer Service in my books.Hot breakfast was also very good and plentiful choices. lovely indoor pool and hot tub as well as garden area thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Really liked the hotel and the decor of the walls were partial rustic concrete in the rooms. It was nice having the large refrigerator, coffee pot microwave. The TV wasn’t the greatest for the programs. We had the room that had the door out to the terrace around the skylights. It had a table and two chairs to sit outside. For the price it would have been nice to have breakfast included or discounted for the connected restaurant Avenue bread. We had the egg sandwich was really good except they had put garlic in the cream cheese spread, which was a little bit much. Would stay again. Staff was very helpful and actually took us to our room to check everything out before staying. It was our anniversary and it was so nice. They gave us a small bottle of champagne. Very nice thank you."

"Simple but very spacious motel room. This motel provided the closest access to the east side of North Cascades/Mt. Baker national park. The room was simple but very spacious with a kitchenette and large living room. We slept well and don’t hear much outside noise."

"Room was great. The pool was so cold it would have been warmer to swim in the mountain streams after the snow melt! My shoes were squeaking after I left the breakfast area so floor should probably be cleaned more often in that area. Restaurant attached was very good and enjoyable."
