Nice for the price it was cheap and there was what i need check in with codes was fine and the city area was nice a lot of places for shopping dinner etc.

Comfortable room and bed - what it said on the tin

COMFORTABLE BED, AND great to have a night light built into the wall. Spacious room, with a balcony, and kettle / drinks provided. Only downsides currently is the building works next door - no problem during the night / evening, but don’t expect a lie in !

Modern rooms and amenities located in a quiet area, but we had the bad luck as the building right on the side of the accomodation was under construction. Thus we woke up every morning before 8 am due to caused noise. The breakfast was fine, but not really varied or somehow special. Easy remote check-in and check-out and helpful staff.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I stayed here in October. The room was pretty nice, the area was nice, but there was never a staff member present at the desk to help me at any point during my entire 3 day stay. Overall, the stay was fine but not great. BUT now, months later, my card is being charged for additional stays that I never took!! Is someone on staff is charging past cards for new stays and hoping we don't notice??? Resolving this with my credit card company has been a HUGE hassle. Stay at a real hotel that won't steal your credit card info!!!

Helt ok

Dåligt städat när vi kom till hotellet, inget rinnande vatten på över 24h när vi kom 1a dagen, endast 1 täcke fanns i rummet nör det finns sängplatser för 3, ingen i receptionen på hela veckan vi stannade och försökte man ringa receptionsnummret så var det aldrig någon som svarade. Rummet hade väldigt bra AC och snabb uppkoppling till internet.

Très bien. Service qui peut être amélioré.

Hôtel très bien et confortable, très propre.Par contre, nous avions réservé et payé pour une chambre de 3 personnes. Fort heureusement nous n'étions au final que 2. Petit déjeuner trop tardif (8h30) si on veut partir tôt.

Das Zimmer war OK. Leider kein Kleiderschrank, nur offene Regale, bzw. Garderobe. Samstags angereist und Sonntag bemerkt dass die Dusche nicht funktioniert. Es kam nur ganz wenig Wasser raus. Zu wenig zum duschen. Wir haben es direkt reklamiert. Die Kommunikation klappte gut. Ab Dienstag konnten wir dann endlich duschen. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Der Kaffeautomat stand ständig auf Störung. Einmal in den 7 Tagen hatten wir es tatsächlich geschafft einen Kaffe zu bekommen. Nebenan war eine Baustelle. Ab Dienstag wurden wir dann immer gegen 07:30 Uhr durch den Preßlufthammer geweckt. Ein Vorteil war der kurze Weg zur Promenade.

Il n'y a pas d'instruction d'arriver, et comme le vol était très en retard, ça sera bien d'avoir d'un email d'expliquer l'arrivée, et surtout c'est un self checkin. Les draps ne sont pas propres, il y a des traces pas claire.
