Great 7 night stay, breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Hotel was very modern we stayed in a comfort room
The only improvement could be the pillows they were quite lumpy and the bathroom towels very thin.
Overall we had a lovely stay and the lady on the desk when we arrived was extremely helpful
Thank you
Would have received 5* overall, however noisy construction works nearby, starting at 7am, disturbed our sleep. Staff were very helpful and we moved rooms, but at the expense of losing our sea view balcony.
Excellent stay- staff helpful and the views of the harbour were amazing. The Strand is a busy road but didn’t distract from a great holiday. The balcony was great and appreciated the room size of the junior suite. New feel and breakfast great!
Nice the hotel and good service help direction. Good breakfast perfect I’ll do again in the future

I've been to 40 countries and stayed in many different hotels but I had the most awkward and embarrassing experience staying at a hotel here.
I had a flight late in the evening so I asked someone at reception if I can check out an hr late to sleep in and take my time packing.
I guess maybe things were miscommunicated, idk but they were so rude and kept heckling me to leave. It was extremely awkward and embarrassing, I personally would never stay here again if I'm back in Malta.
A side note, the area is full of bars so if you're looking for a quiet place, this is probably not the place for you, but if that's your thing then the location is actually pretty convenient with lots of bars and restaurants.
Excellent location, great views of the harbour and access to ferries (Valletta/Gozo). Lots of restaurants nearby and some really good ones if you look for them.
Breakfast was next door in the Londoner pub. Lots of choice, but didn't quite hit the mark.
Room was great. Paid a bit more so we had a couch and balcony with harbour views.
Downside was the air conditioning which could have been a bit more powerful and have the ability to set it below 21°C. That said, it wasn't too warm for sleeping.
Great location for the ferries and restaurants. Fantastic views over to Valletta. A balcony and view is a must. Not the place to come if you want peace and quiet though. The room was large and clean with good air conditioning (an absolute godsend in the heat). The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were excellent. The other staff members were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before our flight home which was really useful.
This was a great hotel in a perfect location; easy access to the ferry while next to the bars and restaurants.

Average stay — looks better in pictures
If you’re expecting a premium hotel experience based on the pictures, you may be disappointed. It’s fine for a short stay but several areas fell short.
Reception staff weren’t particularly that welcoming or attentive and often seemed more occupied with their phones. Construction noise throughout the day was frustrating when spending time in the room.
We discovered a cockroach in our original ‘comfort’ room, which staff apologised for and promptly resolved by upgrading us to a Deluxe Sea View room. This new room itself was practically identical, with the only difference being the lovely harbour view. Both rooms however had disappointing bathroom cleanliness, with visible mould and poorly maintained grouting around the showers. Housekeeping was good but given that these issues were present in both rooms, this appears to be a more deep-rooted.The exposed brick ceiling was also an odd design choice, making the rooms feel a bit dirty.
Breakfast was average, with limited variety and flies around some of the food. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were genuinely lovely, and the location was excellent for ferries and getting around.
I later realised it was a 3-star hotel, so perhaps my expectations were too high but the pictures certainly make it look more impressive than it is. Basic cleanliness shouldn’t depend on star rating.
Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely average. Not somewhere I’d return to.

Comfortable and very conveniently positioned hotel. Quiet even though surrounded by busy bars. 24 hour Reception.
Lift available to every floor.
Nice and spacious room with comfortable bed and balcony.
Power shower 🚿 and nice bathroom.
Friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Unfortunately breakfast wasn't great with a rather poor choice and really undrinkable coffee.
