"The heating didn’t work in my room. Staff provided portable heater. They need to install more electrical sockets in rooms especially by the bed side. I was there for three days and I could observe that the lift area on the 3rd floor was never cleaned during that time. "

Never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel, slept fully clothed, sheets yellow stained, carpet looked like it had blood stains on it, even moved the desk in-front of door because we felt so uncomfortable. Gives I’m going to get trafficked vibes. Pictures uploaded on hotels.com are completely altered from the current condition. This place isn’t even worth $50 a night and we paid almost triple.
