"Check-in was a great experience. The girl at the desk went out of her way to get us in early. Breakfast was nice. Room clean and parking easy with great access to car."

"Oh my. Where to start. It’s off the beaten track which is fine as we went to Applebees which is also off the beaten track. I don’t think the bed was changed. There were “people” indents in the bed and little “crumbs” and the bed smelled liked a man’s cologne and so did one pillow. No Kleenex - but they did bring us a box once they understood what it is we were asking for. A previous guest left behind left over travel size shampoo and conditioner that didn’t match and it was still on the counter. There was barely any toilet paper on the roll for one person and no spare rolls. It is very dated for a Ramada - and we paid $100 for the night for this privilege plus $28.00 in our saved points. Expedia you need to take this one off your list or you are going to lose your loyal followers - like me. There is NO restaurant even though they advertise that there is. Nope - never again - I am no princess but never in all my years have I ever stayed in a used bed."

"Not bad for a Super 8. It seems fairly clean, just outdated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is very basic - bagels, frozen waffles, milk, juice, etc. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. "

"We arrived at 11 pm. It was pouring out and there is no awning/covered area for unloading. We drove to a competitor’s facility to get our overnight items ready so we wouldn’t get soaking wet. The receptionist was completely indifferent and not helpful. The hotel is clean and has lots of little thoughtful amenities that we appreciated. We woke up at 8 a.m. to someone banging on our door asking if we needed towels- no because we just checked in 9 hours ago. I mentioned this to the staff downstairs and they proceeded to yell at the employee in front of me. So unprofessional and yes- they did argue in front of me. Awkward. Breakfast was great- lots of choices including gluten free options which is not typically the case. Nice hotel, but I would not choose it again after our experience."

"Right from the walk in the door after a 10 hour drive it was awesome. Catherine was so kind and smiling. Nice to see at 10:30 pm Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Beds and bedding was so comfortable. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok very basic. Good to get on the road with 24 hour coffee and fresh water in the lobby. Lady that checked us out was also smiling and thankful. "
