Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street. "Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "
