The food was good we had breakfast included with our stay. The staff was warm and friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house instead of a resort. "

"My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems.
