"It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean. "

"Absolutely Amazing Hotel, Reception team, most welcoming, and helpful with taxis ect, Everything was perfect, food was amazing and lots of choice, the restaurant staff were great, and always found us a table, even when it was busy, the standard of food across our stay was always 100%. Our room was just the best, the layout and balcony's were very spacious, the maids were lovely cant fault anything. Overall a wonderful stay at The Patio Hotel, we will be returning. "

"The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. "We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice we only ate out once all week. "Check in and Check out was easy and straightforward. Studio apartment was cosy as expected but clean and well appointed and equipment all worked. The aircon was an absolute godsend! Think that it would benefit with wifi access in the rooms. It's available in the public/reception areas but couldn't see a signal in the room/apartment itself.
