"Friendly staff."

"Hotel is very close to the airport, by the time I sat on the free shuttle that they offer and connected to the wifi I realised that I was on the hotels compound. Breakfast was ok not much variety but hotel was great in general."

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"We had a great stay. We stayed here for one night on our way to Bocas del Toro. It was close enough to both airports to make connections quick and easy. The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly."

"This place was a beautiful hotel located right next to the dock to get to the island. It's a little boutique hotel which has really great service. The pool was absolutely phenomenal and had a great time exploring the island and having the hotel close to all the other amenities was nice. The room was a little small but at the same time you know you're not going to spend the whole day in the in the hotel room and I would say me and my partner. We had a great time while we were there.
