Hotel da incubo

Sporco, mal organizzarti stanze piccole bagno inesistente una sala lurida dove si faceva colazione. Più che un albergo sembrava una comune. Davvero pessimo. Titolare molto scortese.

Lo único bueno de este hostel es la ubicación porque se encuentra en todo el centro de la ciudad. Por lo demás, deja mucho que desear: habitaciones sucias, desayuno con botes abiertos, suelos o techos rotos, el recepcionista nos estuvo 15 minutos esperando al llegar y nos recibió en toalla...

Good location

Mihail and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The place might need some renovation but the location is very good, close to all the major attractions of Sofia and the metro.

Strange place

The room booked was in fact occupied and had to find another hotel for the night. I was with friends who helped, but others in this situation may not have this option. The "staff", a polite fluent English-speaking guy, was not able to return the money, so had to go there once again on the next day. The picture on Hotels.com has nothing to do with the actual building, and is grossly misleading. .... It is a strange place, literally. If you look for the usual comfort/interior even of a hostel, you won't find it there. If you are inclined to a sort of hippie style gatherings, then you may find it there.

Nice stay close to the City centre.

I enjoyed this hostal. It had friendly staff. The breakfast was cereal and boiled eggs. It was a nice walk form the city.

I use hotels.com booking my room and pay online,but the host don't receive.Even though I gave them see the booking letter from hotels.com.when I checked out in four days,they still confused about my payment.I just think they should ask for hotels.com about my payment,not ask me repeatedly.Otherwises,people live here like to chat and drink at night!Too noisy too sleep,if you come with friend and love to drink/chat at night,it's suitable for you.
