"Ich habe im Hotel Saint Sophia übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – super zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Hippodrom. Topkapi-Palast und Basilika-Zisterne sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch gut mit ÖPNV angebunden. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: sehr liebevoll angerichtet und qualitativ richtig gut, fast schon ein kleiner Start in den Tag wie im Café. Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und...

"The spacious room was cleaned daily, and the staff was very helpful! The location could not have been better!"

"Incredibly small room, bed and shower was not great. Location is excellent and worth the long drive from airport. That said, the service for reserved shuttle from airport was not great and fairly pricey. Shuttle back to airport was pricey, but the driver and service was much better. Rooftop staff were amazing as they supported me through my fear of birds and managed to capture a memorable video feeding the bird with the blue mosque in background. This is why I gave 4 stars. "

"While quaint, realize that hotels such as this one do not offer all the amenities of a modern hotel. For example, we arrived during a warm spell in mid-April and wanted it cooler in our room. However, the building HVAC system had not been converted to summer mode so a/c was not available. Also, through extremely convenient to the Sultanahamet and its attractions, it is also right on the metro train line which is noise and potentially dangerous."

"Absolut nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Hotel liegt super zentral und die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, sauber und immer top gepflegt. Der Hamam Bereich und der Pool sind nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Top war auch der nachmittags angebotene Cay und die Sesamringe im Aufenthaltsraum. Insgesamt top .... besonderes Lob an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. DANKE"

"I didn’t know that the spa was closed. It didn’t have one central hub. The rooms are spread over to blocks and then several houses along a street. Not enough choice for breakfast, if you didn’t want the traditional Turkish breakfast."

"Its location was good and room was very clean. We got a little push back when we asked for another toilet paper, but it was resolved. Had to advance order for breakfast so we missed our window .Good directions to grand bazaar but wasn't told their were many tea shops 4 blocks away? so that info would have been helpful.Hotel on a busy street , so a little noisy but close the windows.We weren't told that when you turn off the lights ,electricity in the room turns off. So you can't charge phones...

"A lovely, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast, and attentive, fun staff. Safe and good value. The location is great but there is no garden or greenery to speak of. "
