"There was a major problem with check in. We did not receive the email wit check in instructions. It took a long while to get in touch with the local manager through the Hotels.com office. when he did arrive everything was fine - except that the oven didn't work! "

"What a fabulous cabin, we had everything we needed and it is very spacious and right off the E4 highway so easy to access. The beds were great and the whole cabin is heated and cosy with a covered deck with loungers, our only issue, when we booked it said laundry facilities which after 7 days travelling we needed, on arrival there’s no washing machine, we resorted to hand washing and used the drying rack provided, overall the cabins are lovely and peaceful."
