Horrible hotel
"-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!"

"I think I expected too much; it was definitely a great experience, but there is still a lot of work to do within the top floors of the hotel. The lifts weren't working to go directly to our floor, and I was with my 76-year-old mother, so we went the roundabout way and the shower wasn't accessible ..."
