"O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, o local do "spa" esta acabado, sujo, com varias coisas quebradas, super descuidado. O hotel tem chaves antigas, nao tem "cartão" de abrir e fechar as portas..as tolhas são velhas, moveis velhos, cafe da manha sem climatização, o buffet demora na reposição, maquinas ..."

"Quarto com cheiro e muito mofo, sem limpeza na parte do forro. Internet Wi-Fi não funcionava bem. Para o café da manhã não tinha mesas suficientes, e tivemos que improvisar até que uma mesa desocupasse . Os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos."
